The incumbent will design improvements, supervise staff, and ensure alignment between business needs and agency technology updates

Qualifications

• Seven years of business analysis experience with expertise in requirements elicitation, solution design, or process documentation.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Experience with business analysis methodologies such as fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, and requirements documentation.
• Customer-service focus with ability to build trusted relationships across organizational levels.
• Experience supporting large-scale IT modernization or system replacement initiatives.
• Agile/Scrum certification or experience in Agile environments preferred.
