Qualifikationen

• 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst, including 3–6 years on complex, large-scale modernization projects.
• 7+ years experience soliciting, documenting and validating business requirements.
• 7+ years experience with stakeholder engagement, business process transformation and change management.
• 7+ years data migration experience supporting data mapping, conversion, validation, reconciliation, and migration readiness.
• 7+ years experience preparing test strategies and plans, writing and executing test cases and scripts, and monitoring test plan execution.
• 2+ years recent successful projects within the last two years demonstrating Senior Business Analyst experience.
• Nice to Have: 3+ years Mainframe systems experience or knowledge.
• Professional certifications in business analysis or related fields

• Lead requirements gathering, business process mapping and gap analysis for modernization initiatives.
• Validate business processes and align them with the new platform, coordinating testing and data migration.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and guide change management activities across departments.
