Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Seattle to bridge business and technology, drive requirements strategy, and lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable value. You will guide analysis, process improvements, and solution evaluation across the organization.

You will partner with IT and business leaders to ensure requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned with strategic goals, while mentoring junior analysts and supporting QA/UAT activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Business Analysis experience.
• Proven success leading complex analysis across multiple systems and stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, requirements management, testing, implementation and production support.
• Experience with business process analysis, process modeling and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data using SQL and understand relational databases, integrations, and system workflows.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, validation, and stakeholder alignment for complex projects.
• Analyze business processes, systems, integrations, and data flows across multiple functional areas.
• Facilitate business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with technical teams to evaluate solution options and translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Ensure requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support QA and UAT activities, production issue resolution, and implementation readiness.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and opportunities.
• Mentor Analysts and elevate analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Coordinate efforts across analysts, project teams, and business stakeholders to drive outcomes.
