Job summary

Technology Partners is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to own requirements end to end and serve as a trusted liaison between business and IT. You will document system interactions, data flows, and integrations for large-scale enterprise applications, guiding workshops, UAT, and artifacts through the software lifecycle.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, QA, and sponsors, translating business needs into actionable specs and tests in an Agile/hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation supporting software development.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques such as workshops, use cases, user stories, and process analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Proven experience translating business needs into system requirements and specifications.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and data analysis (SQL knowledge a plus).
• Good understanding of large-scale enterprise applications and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and elicit business and functional requirements through workshops, meetings, and analysis techniques.
• Analyze complex business processes and workflows to identify system improvements and efficiencies.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable system specifications for designers, developers, and testers.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing artifacts using Agile methodologies.
• Document system interactions, data flows, and integration points with detailed diagrams and specifications.
• Validate solutions against requirements and assist in user acceptance testing processes.
• Support defect and enhancement tracking, ensuring issues are properly logged and resolved.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
