Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The role focuses on gathering requirements, defining project scope, and facilitating stakeholder-IT communication to ensure initiatives deliver maximum value.

A hybrid environment promotes collaboration and focused work. The candidate will elicit, analyze, and validate requirements, translate them into specs, and lead workshops to ensure alignment on project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-focused environment.
• Proven ability to gather and document complex business and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications for IT development.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to align on project goals.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories to define scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support throughout the project lifecycle.
