Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field or 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
- Experience translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data mappings.
- Proficiency with SDLC, APIs, data flows, and system integrations; familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for complex initiatives.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and technical specs.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, cybersecurity, and business partners to deliver secure solutions.
- Support Agile teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and testing.
