Green Key Resources is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead technology project planning, execution, and completion in alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and propose scalable solutions for operational needs.

You will document requirements, define scope, and assist in vendor management and IT strategy support while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis; 7 years preferred.
• Experience testing and mapping business processes and protocols effectively.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for data gathering, analysis, and process optimization.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, for stakeholder engagement.
