Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Seattle to bridge business and technology, drive requirements strategy, and lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable value. You will guide analysis, process improvements, and solution evaluation across the organization.

You will partner with IT and business leaders to ensure requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned with strategic goals, while mentoring junior analysts and supporting QA/UAT activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Business Analysis experience.
• Proven success leading complex analysis across multiple systems and stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, requirements management, testing, implementation and production support.
• Experience with business process analysis, process modeling and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data using SQL and understand relational databases, integrations, and system workflows.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, systems, integrations, and data flows across multiple functional areas.
• Facilitate business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as a trusted partner to business and IT leaders, driving requirements strategy, process optimization, solution evaluation, testing readiness, and successful implementation efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience mentoring analysts and leading cross-functional project teams
