BDO USA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive digital transformation in our Tax practice. You will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for digital innovation, and implement solutions aligned with strategic goals.

The role requires collaboration with DT&I, National IT, and tax teams to design and deploy technology tools for clients and professionals. The ideal candidate has experience in technology, process, and data, plus strong analytical and communication skills to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; focus in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology preferred.
Three or more years of experience in business analysis required.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps or Jira in documenting requirements required; Power Platform skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Creates prototypes and low code solutions as required.
Creates reports, dashboards, and visualizations as required.
Gathers requirements from business stakeholders and translates them into features and user stories.
Grooms requirements for architects and developers.
Prepares technical documentation for assigned products.
