Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Building Engineer/Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance and construction activities for a campus-like group of buildings. Responsibilities include scheduling, safety training, preventive maintenance, and coordinating multi-trade teams across sites.

The role requires 10+ years in building engineering, MEP knowledge, and strong leadership to ensure work complies with engineered specifications. Salary range is competitive with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience and up-to-date knowledge of facility O&M procedures.
• Construction management/supervision experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent educational certification preferred.
• Commonwealth of Massachusetts Trades License.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and assigns work for a multi-trade maintenance force across multiple buildings.
• Ensures preventive maintenance and repairs follow customer procedures.
• Monitors BMS and energy monitoring platforms for properties.
• Maintains daily/weekly logs and quality assurance checks.
