CBRE is seeking a Senior Building Engineer in Coppell, TX to support a 24/7 operations environment. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting complex building systems across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructures, with a hands-on approach to ensure reliability and safety.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, contractor oversight, energy management, and coordinating with a small engineering team to deliver peak facility performance in a mission-critical setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5–8 years of related experience, supervisor experience preferred.
• Universal CFC certification is required.
• Multiple additional industry certifications (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing) are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily operations and maintenance of critical building systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC and mechanical equipment throughout the facility.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure reliable operations.
• Partner with the engineering team to deliver safe, efficient, and continuous facility support.
• Assign work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs; maintain inventory of supplies.
• Oversee and inspect work by outside contractors; respond to inquiries from clients and staff.
• Develop and implement an energy management program for efficient system operation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
