Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance and repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire life safety.
• Knowledge of applicable safety codes and energy efficiency standards.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Ability to read and apply technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems meet applicable codes and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize efficiency.
• Support preventive maintenance and respond to emergencies onsite.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
