Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and eight or more years of experience in electrical systems, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment in building interiors and exteriors.
• Operates, monitors, and maintains building systems and coordinates with outside contractors as needed.
• Ensures compliance with codes, safety rules, and company directives; maintains energy management practices.
• Inspects fire alarms, life safety, lighting, and digital controls; responds to emergencies and customer concerns.
