Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an apprentice program or trade school preferred.
• 5+ years of related trade experience in operating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of MEP systems in the building.
• Supervise maintenance staff when applicable and assign/monitor activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance with outside contractors and manage inventory.
• Respond to emergencies and comply with safety regulations.
• Prepare monthly reports for management on building operations.
• Complete required Cushman & Wakefield safety training.
