Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Monitors building system operations and performance; coordinates with contractors and vendors.
• Maintains energy management practices to reduce operating costs.
• Ensures compliance with codes, regulations and company safety directives.
• Operates and maintains building management and digital control systems.
