Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 8+ years in electrical/refrigeration/HVAC.
• Universal CFC certification required; additional related certs may be required by local/state jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Monitor building operations and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Repair and service building equipment and maintain energy management programs.
• Oversee contractors and ensure quality and safety on external work.
