Job summary

CBRE is seeking a skilled facilities maintenance professional to perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems across building interiors and exteriors. The role requires monitoring system performance and ensuring safety compliance, with oversight of external contractors where applicable.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building operations, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with work order systems

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with eight or more years of experience in electrical, refrigeration and/or HVAC, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Universal CFC certification required; additional certifications in electrical, mechanical, HVAC or related areas may be required.

Responsibilities

Performs preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and installations of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and/or HVAC equipment and controls inside and outside buildings.
Monitors building system operations and performance under general direction.
Oversees and inspects work performed by outside contractors for various building services.
Operates, maintains, monitors and performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building equipment and systems.
