Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 8+ years in electrical systems, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Universal CFC certification; additional related certifications as per local jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Monitor building system operations and performance under general direction.
• Oversee outside contractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain building lighting, energy management, and operating budgets.
