Job summary

You will manage budgets, supervise staff, coordinate with tenants, vendors, and contractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ten years of industry-related experience.
• Five years of supervisory experience including performance appraisals.
• CFC certification preferred or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand code requirements.
• Willingness to travel to assigned properties daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor building energy usage and ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee contractor work and manage tenant improvement projects.
• Prepare budgets; control inventory and purchasing.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Engineering staff; develop and implement performance goals.
• Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and property managers to ensure reliable building operations.
