Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2 years’ on-site construction experience or high school with 4 years on-site construction experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan reviews and inspections for commercial and residential buildings to ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and local ordinances.
• Schedule inspections, record results, and interpret code requirements for contractors, engineers, architects, and property owners.
• Maintain daily records and organize construction documents in MGO permitting software.
