This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with other disciplines, and delivering integrated, compliant mechanical solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years building mechanical engineering experience.
• Certified in Brown and Caldwell's SMS Framework and progressing through the competencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler calculations.
• Interpret mechanical, plumbing, building, and fire codes to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with other disciplines on drawings and specifications.
• Draft and model HVAC, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems using software tools.
• Develop equipment specifications in Word and Speclink.
• Lead workload planning and coach a high‑performing team.
