Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing HVAC, plumbing and fire protection for design-build projects.
• PE license required.
• Strong analytical and multitasking abilities with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design complete plumbing systems including water distribution and drainage.
• Design complete HVAC systems including central plants.
• Design odor control and fire protection systems.
• Prepare calculations for plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection.
• Coordinate with vendors and other disciplines; manage project quality and schedule.
• Develop master plans and field investigations; support field staff during construction.
• Provide design guidance to designers/drafters and junior engineers.
• Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss design needs.
