Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Oversee day-to-day work coordination and mentor maintenance staff.
• Monitor and maintain building systems for safe, efficient operation.
• Coordinate with external contractors for service and projects.
• Maintain energy management programs and BAS/BMS monitoring.
