Job summary

Senior Resource Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance department at one of our senior living communities in Arizona. You will oversee the physical plant, FF&E, and grounds, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance while planning and scheduling a broad range of maintenance tasks.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, hands-on knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or five years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facility and equipment; perform repairs within normal practice.
• Assign workers and obtain bids for additional work.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedule and maintain records.
• Purchase supplies and review bids from outside contractors.
• Prepare evacuation and emergency procedures.
• Perform maintenance inside and outside the facility.
