Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues.
• Repair faulty equipment and structures.
• Develop and maintain inspection logs and report issues to the Management.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations.
