Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Architect to join our Florida Building Science + Infrastructure team in West Palm Beach, FL. In this role, you will manage building enclosure consulting projects and serve as a lead technical consultant on building enclosure investigations, assessments, commissioning, testing, and design consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 5+ years of building enclosure consulting experience with investigations, testing, BECx, design review or forensic assessments.
• Registered Architect licensure is required; IIBEC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage building science & infrastructure projects from setup through completion.
• Coordinate project teams and direct site activities with field staff and subcontractors.
• Lead client meetings and present testing results and recommendations.
• Mentor junior staff and review reports prior to principal sign-off.
• Perform building enclosure investigations, tests, and commissioning (BECx).
• Ensure compliance with IBC, ASHRAE, ASTM, SMACNA, and CSI standards.
