ECS Group of Companies in Miami, FL, is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Architect to lead complex enclosure projects and serve as the technical authority on investigations, testing, and design consulting.

The role involves client interactions, project management, and mentoring junior staff within a collaborative team, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance across diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture (NCARB).
• 5+ years of related building enclosure consulting experience.
• Registered Architect (RA) licensure is required.
• Preferred certifications: IIBEC (RRC, RWC, REWC, RBECxP) and UW–Madison BECxP/CxA+BE.

Responsibilities

• Manage building enclosure consulting projects and lead technical guidance.
• Perform testing, inspections, and commissioning (BECx) for building enclosures.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise field personnel performing inspections and testing.
• Prepare clear, accurate building enclosure reports.
