Job summary

ECS Group of Companies in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Architect to lead enclosure consulting projects, investigations, commissioning, and design reviews for diverse facilities. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and interface with clients to deliver practical solutions while upholding code and industry standards.

This client-facing role requires strong project management, technical execution, and communication skills, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture (NCARB).
• 5+ years of building enclosure consulting experience including field investigations, testing, commissioning (BECx).
• Registered Architect (R.A.) licensure is required; NCARB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage building science & infrastructure projects from setup through completion.
• Coordinate project teams and direct field activities with staff, subcontractors, and senior managers.
• Prepare and review proposals, change orders, budgets, and invoices.
• Monitor project progress and communicate schedule updates and testing activities.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise field personnel during inspections and testing.
• Prepare building science & infrastructure reports with clear, technical content.
