Engineering Consulting Service in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Building Enclosure Senior Project Architect to lead building envelope consulting within Florida Building Science + Infrastructure. The role involves managing projects, performing investigations, testing, and design consulting for diverse facilities.

The candidate will mentor junior staff, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, interact regularly with clients, and ensure compliance with IBC, ASHRAE, ASTM, SMACNA, and CSI standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architectural Engineering or Architecture (NCARB)
• 5+ years of building enclosure consulting experience
• Registered Architect licensure required
• IIBEC certifications preferred (RRC, RWC, REWC, RBECxP)

Responsibilities

• Manage building enclosure consulting projects from setup to completion.
• Conduct site observations and testing of building envelope systems.
• Lead project meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare and review reports with clear, technical content.
