Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with eight years' experience in electrical, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Universal CFC certification required, plus additional certifications in electrical, mechanical, HVAC or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Follow all codes, regulations, and Company directives related to building operations and safety.
• Operate, maintain, monitor, and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building equipment.
• Maintain the building lighting system and electrical systems; perform repairs or replacements as needed.
• Prepare estimates detailing time and materials; manage supplies and procure necessary materials.
• Oversee and inspect work by outside contractors; ensure adherence to SOPs and work orders.
• Coordinate and assign tasks; provide guidance and training to coworkers as needed.
