Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across building interiors and exteriors.

You will monitor system operations, ensure compliance with codes, and coordinate with contractors to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining safety and energy efficiency. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with eight+ years in electrical, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Certifications/licenses such as Universal CFC and other relevant trades are preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems and related equipment.
• Monitors building systems performance and ensures safety and code compliance.
• Oversees work by outside contractors and coordinates tasks.
• Uses work order system and email to manage tasks and respond to emergencies.
