CBRE is seeking a Senior Building Engineer in Gilbert, AZ to maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across the facility. You will perform advanced maintenance, monitor operations, and apply specialized site knowledge with autonomy.

You’ll lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, manage energy usage, and oversee contractor work, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability of building systems.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform advanced maintenance and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Follow codes, regulations and company directives for building operations and safety.
• Operate, maintain, monitor and repair building equipment including HVAC, electrical, lighting and life safety systems.
• Prepare estimates and manage materials for assigned tasks.
• Oversee external contractors and ensure quality of work.
• Maintain energy management programs to optimize operating costs.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with team as needed.
