Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Inspect and diagnose issues and complete repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs.
• Support energy management by keeping building systems efficient.
• Inspect new installations for code and safety compliance.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Follow standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
