Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Associate to join our Midwest Building Science + Infrastructure team in Milwaukee, WI. You will manage building enclosure consulting projects and serve as a lead technical consultant on investigations, assessments, commissioning, testing, and design consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead building enclosure consulting projects and act as a technical consultant on investigations, assessments, commissioning, testing, and design consulting.
• Perform site observations and inspections of roofing and building enclosure systems.
• Develop testing plans and perform specialized building enclosure testing.
• Interpret test results and recommend corrective actions.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate multidisciplinary project execution.
• Prepare reports and review design documents and submittals.
