ECS Group of Companies seeks a dynamic leader to join the Midwest Building Science & Infrastructure team in Indianapolis, IN. You will oversee building enclosure investigations, assessments, commissioning, testing, and design consulting, collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary project teams to evaluate performance and deliver practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience in building enclosure consulting, including testing, commissioning (BECx), design review, or forensic assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and manage a team of engineers, architects and project managers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence
• Oversee all operations related to Building Enclosure Consulting projects including investigations, assessments, commissioning, testing, and design consulting
• Manage projects from inception to completion, including proposal preparation, technical report reviews, and departmental P&L performance
• Drive business development by building and maintaining strong client relationships and leading marketing initiatives in this market sector
• Partner with internal recruiting team to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring the group remains staffed for success
