Job summary

ECS Group of Companies in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Associate to join our Southwest Building Science + Infrastructure team. You will manage building enclosure consulting projects and serve as a lead technical consultant on investigations, assessments, commissioning, testing, and design consulting for a variety of facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 5+ years of related experience in building enclosure consulting, including field investigations, testing, commissioning (BECx), design review, or forensic assessments.
• Licensure or certification in PE, RA, IIBEC, or UW-Madison BECxP/CxA+BE preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead building enclosure consulting projects and act as lead technical consultant on investigations, assessments, commissioning, testing, and design consulting.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise field personnel performing inspections and testing.
• Prepare and review reports and proposals, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and technical content.
