Job summary

ECS Group of Companies seeks a Building Enclosure Senior Project Associate in Memphis to lead investigations, testing, and design consulting for building envelope projects. You will manage client-facing engagements and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across the Southeast Building Science + Infrastructure practice.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in building enclosure work, civil/structural/architectural background, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/structural/architectural engineering or architecture.
• Minimum 5 years in building enclosure consulting and related fields.
• Professional licensure or industry certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage building science & infrastructure projects from setup through completion.
• Coordinate project teams and direct site activities with field staff, subcontractors, and senior managers.
• Manage multiple projects, schedules, scopes, and budgets.
• Prepare proposals, change orders, budgets, and invoices.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise field personnel performing inspections and testing.
• Interface with clients regularly and present testing results and recommendations.
