ECS Group of Companies seeks a Building Enclosure Senior Project Associate in Jackson, MS to lead enclosure investigations, testing, and design consulting. You will manage projects, collaborate with architects, engineers, and owners, and mentor junior staff in a client-facing, technically rigorous environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 5+ years of related experience with building enclosure consulting, including field investigations, testing, commissioning (BECx), design review, or forensic assessments.
• Licensure or certification in at least one: P.E., RA, IIBEC certifications (RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP), or UW–Madison BECxP/CxA+BE (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Lead building enclosure consulting projects and serve as a technical consultant on investigations, assessments, commissioning, testing, and design consulting.
• Manage multiple projects from setup through completion, coordinating teams and site activities.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise field personnel performing inspections and testing.
• Prepare reports, review documents for clarity and technical content, and communicate milestones with clients.
