Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 2+ years of experience in building enclosure consulting including field investigations, testing, commissioning (BECx), design review, or forensic assessments.
• Licensure or certification preferred: PE, RA, IIBEC credentials, or BECxP (not required).

Responsibilities

• Perform building enclosure testing and inspections.
• Interpret drawings and site plans; assist CAD work.
• Assist with forensics, commissioning, and enclosure investigations.
• Prepare clear technical reports summarizing observations and testing results.
• Interface with clients and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
