Zusammenfassung

ECS is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Associate to join our Southeast Building Science + Infrastructure team in Baton Rouge, LA. You will manage building enclosure consulting projects and serve as a lead technical consultant on investigations, testing, and design consulting.

This client-facing role involves coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and owners, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring project scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of building enclosure consulting experience.
• Experience with field investigations, testing, and commissioning (BECx).
• Familiarity with IBC, ASHRAE, ASTM, SMACNA, CSI.
• Strong drafting or CAD skills.
• Licensed or certified (P.E., RA, or IIBEC) preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Lead building enclosure consulting projects and investigations.
• Perform testing, inspections, and commissioning (BECx) tasks.
• Review drawings, perform CAD work, and develop testing plans.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets with teams.
• Prepare reports and present findings to clients.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
