Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering or Architecture (NCARB).
• 2+ years of related experience in building enclosure consulting, field investigations, testing, or forensic assessments.
• Licensed or certified: PE, RA, IIBEC certifications (optional).

Responsibilities

• Perform building science & infrastructure testing, inspections, and consulting services.
• Conduct site observations and inspections of roofing and building enclosure systems.
• Interpret drawings and site plans; assist with CAD work when needed.
• Prepare clear technical reports summarizing observations and testing results.
