Job summary

ECS Southeast, LLP in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Associate to manage building enclosure consulting projects and serve as a lead technical consultant on investigations, testing, and design consulting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 5+ years of related experience with building enclosure consulting, including field investigations, testing, commissioning (BECx), design review, or forensic assessments.
• Licensing or certification in PE, RA, IIBEC certifications, or BECxP/CxA+BE is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage building science & infrastructure projects from setup through completion.
• Coordinate project teams and direct site activities with field staff and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review proposals, change orders, budgets, and invoices.
• Monitor project progress and communicate schedule updates and budget impacts.
• Lead client meetings, present testing results, and advise on significant project changes.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise field personnel performing inspections and testing.
