ECS Group of Companies in Orlando, FL, seeks a Building Enclosure Senior Project Architect to lead complex enclosure projects within our Florida Building Science + Infrastructure team. You will manage engagements from proposal through project completion, interfacing with clients, architects, contractors, and owners to deliver practical consulting solutions.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee testing and investigations, ensure code compliance (IBC, ASHRAE, ASTM, SMACNA, CSI), and drive project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture (NCARB).
• 5+ years of related experience with building enclosure consulting, including field investigations, testing, commissioning (BECx), design review, or forensic assessments.
• Registered Architect (R.A.) licensure is required; RA licensure is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Manage building enclosure consulting projects from setup through completion.
• Coordinate project teams and direct site activities with field staff, subcontractors, and senior managers.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise field personnel performing inspections and testing.
• Prepare and review proposals, change orders, budgets, and invoices.
• Interface with clients and lead project meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable building codes (IBC, ASHRAE, ASTM, SMACNA, CSI).
