Responsibilities

• Repair and preventive maintenance of building control systems in critical and non-critical environments.
• Complete system checkout, startups, and manage work orders and reports.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex building control systems and components.
• Review building control programs for proper operation and efficiency.
• Participate in job site reviews, inspections, and system turnovers.
• Generate work orders, document daily tasks, and maintain logs.
