UMass Chan Medical School seeks a Building Automation Technician II to ensure safe, reliable operation of campus control systems from the main facilities shop in Worcester. You will perform preventive maintenance, startups, troubleshooting, and documentation for HVAC controls and building automation equipment.
Requirements include 6+ years in building automation, strong programming knowledge, and the ability to travel to offsite locations as needed.
Under the general supervision of the Director or designee, the Building Automation Technician II will be responsible for the safe, reliable and economical operation of the building automation systems. This position is responsible for executing technical service of all building control systems.
