Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on mechanical systems (air, water, vacuum pumps, air-handling systems, ducts, motors, controls).
• Install mechanical systems and components as directed.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment; may weld or solder as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards and record keeping for work orders and inventory.
