Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy seeks a Senior Automation Account Manager to develop sales, profits, and relationships with commercial clients, selling the full EMCOR automation solution for new or retrofit applications and maintenance agreements.

You will work with Automation Operations & Service teams to realize sales potential, develop opportunities with consulting engineers, contractors, and managers, and lead complex proposals and service agreements to meet revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a technical discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in Direct Digital Controls of HVAC or Building Automation.
• Experience with HVAC, lighting controls, and application engineering.
• Automation experience with Distech, Alerton, JCI Metasys, or Delta Controls preferred.
• Strong customer presentation skills and sales aptitude.
• Financial acumen and cost modeling for proposals.
• Independent decision making; MS Office, strong Excel.
• Competitive, energetic, and goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop controls for sales presentations and prospect new accounts.
• Maintain client pricing, A/R, and P/L reporting.
• Build relationships with prospective and legacy clients.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure execution.
• Deliver complex proposals, budgets, and service agreements.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast in CRM.
