Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Budget, FM, and Systems Lead in Bethesda, MD, to support CFO Front Offices across the Intelligence Community. You will apply expertise in IC budgets, federal accounting, and systems modernization to diagnose challenges and design cross‑agency solutions that improve funds flow.

The role requires an active TS/SCI with CI poly, a bachelor's in a related field, and 5+ years in the IC, plus strong communication and stakeholder leadership to drive improvements and ensure audit

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Systems, or related field
• Five (5) or more years of experience within the Intelligence Community (IC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and map system architectures across IC, DoW, OMB, and Treasury to support modernization of NIP funds flow.
• Define requirements for system updates and process changes, ensuring alignment with mission needs and regulatory standards.
• Document and address systems security and vulnerability requirements with FM and CI teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to chart pathways and interfaces for financial systems and modernization.
• Identify, document, and analyze existing processes within IC CFO and broader IC to drive process improvements.
• Apply process mapping, gap analysis, and root-cause assessment to uncover non-value-added activities and recommend actionable improvements.
