Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum five years of relevant business/financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, automation, and visualization.
• Experience with budget execution, financial reporting, and IAA processes.
• Ability to develop and monitor spend plans and financial tracking tools.
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible budget and financial management support across IAA and Budget Execution teams.
• Develop spend plans, monitor budget execution, and track unfunded requirements.
• Review IAA forms and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Draft and review 7600A/7600B forms.
• Obligate and de-obligate IAAs as authorized.
• Monitor obligations to ensure timely fund usage.
• Coordinate with internal offices and external partners to resolve issues.
• Prepare and revise budget execution plans and expenditure data.
