Job summary

Dextera-Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Analyst in Washington, DC to provide flexible budget and financial management support across the Budget IAA and Budget Execution teams. The role requires handling interagency agreements, obligations, de-obligations, and spend plan development while ensuring compliance and timely funding.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of budget/financial analysis experience, expert Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP, ServiceNow, and Concur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Minimum of five years performing similar business analysis work.
• Expert-level Excel for advanced data analysis, automation, and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible budget/financial management support across teams.
• Review IAA forms for clarity and accuracy, and manage obligations/de-obligations.
• Draft and review 7600A/7600B forms and monitor spend plans.
